Ordering on the website, a fish supper and a beefburger. Time ticked away, the website saying it was in preparation. After a good while, the text changed to 'Delivered' (but hadn't arrived). But I gave it another 20 minutes just in case the driver was on his way. After the extra time I gave it, I phoned up the shop to be told it hadn't been delivered, but was just about to go out, personally suspecting it had been forgotten about. So after another 25 minutes (we're 5 mins from the shop), the delivery eventually arrived (guessing that was when the food was made). Food wasn't as good as normal; my wife's burger salad had lettuce that was well past its best and slimy. Pity, they've always had thumbs up from us in the past, but poor service and quality mean a rethink on future orders.

Second time the fish hasn’t been as fresh and crisp as it used to be. Maybe been sitting for a while. Very small bits of fish and more batter than fish! Pretty disappointing since we used to love a take away from Crollas.

The fish itself was lovely but the batter was mushy and greecy. Both suppers were and never had a lot of chips either.

Pre ordered for 5.10 pickup arrived 5.05 meal as ready to pick up arrived at parents house 5 mins away and food was warm

90 minutes for cold smoked sausage tonight. Disappointing
